    Description

This beautiful handblown lamp from the late 1800’s has spent the last 37 years in an art Museum in New England.
They have written a a summary of the condition:
Excellent condition overall. No chips in glass edges of base or shade. A few dark marks at the edge of the lampshade, probably from resting against the brass arms in various positions. There is a small area of scratches or accretions on the bottom of the base, below and to the right of the tallest tree.
One brass arm is slightly bent and has visible solder line. This is evidence of previous repair.
There are a few light scratches on the plastic lamp part that holds the bulb.
It likes like at one time there might have been screws that held the shade to the brass arms. I no longer have those screws.
The lamp is tested and the wiring and bulbs work.
