    Description

    Leonore Doskow Letter Holder Mid-Century
    Leonore Doskow was born in Philadelphia and died at the age of 97 in 2008. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College, became a silversmith and opened a studio to develop her hobby of silversmithing into her business and lifelong passion. She worked until age 75 and then went on to do volunteer work and paint.
    This wonderful Doskow letter holder (or perhaps napkin holder) or anything that's appropriate that you want a holder for, is fully signed "Leonore Doskow Handmade Sterling". It measures 3 1/4" high x 2 5/8" in width, weighs 61 grams  and the monogram is CDM. This is an intricately done piece with swirling on the back.
    There are no dents or dings. There are scratches on the bottom of the base commensurate with its age. It could use a professional polishing.
